Scruffy I hate to shatter your ego, but for any issues with moderation I usually just hit up Psyral or PRJ.
They are more reliable and stable in my eyes.

To boost forum morale you should have a monthly contest with a dope prize like a free cd or shirt from an artist who advertises on the site.
It could be decide by a song battle,trivia,even a random draw, anything like that would be good.
I know @yakkattack 's giveaways went over really well!

In all seriousness, I think I do get the point. Scruffy was mad about some people saying that the shitty posting really doesn't effect people. Kinda does, I mean, if it's just some forum, I'd prolly go somewhere else, like, why come here. I mean, there's gotta be a reason I come here just to see what people gotta say. Everyone on here is pretty cool. So, when shitty posting comes around, it does kinda suck, because I like coming here.
